The short version

This site has no analytics, no trackers, no ads and no third-party scripts. The only personal data it keeps is what you choose to send through the support form.

Who is responsible

I am Niklas, the one person behind CosyStrategy, in Sweden. I run cosystrategy.com and I am responsible for the data described here. Contact me through the support form.

The support form

When you send a support ticket I store:

  • what you typed: your name, e-mail address, optional Steam name, category, subject, message and the optional "what were you doing" answer;
  • the time it was sent;
  • your IP address and your browser's user-agent string.

Why: to read and answer your request and to fix the problem you report. The IP address and user agent are kept only to stop spam and abuse of the form.

Who sees it: only me. The ticket is stored in a database on my own server and may be forwarded as an e-mail to my support inbox. It is never sold, and never used for marketing.

How long: the IP address and user agent are erased after 30 days. The ticket itself is deleted 60 months after it was sent, and copies in the support mailbox on the same schedule.

Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your tickets at any time. Send the request through the support form from the e-mail address you used, and quote your ticket reference (it looks like CS-00042).

Cookies

The site sets exactly one cookie, and only on pages with a form: a security token (.cosy.af) that protects the support form against cross-site request forgery. It holds no personal data, is not used for tracking and disappears when you close the browser. Because it is strictly necessary, there is no cookie banner.

Server logs

Like any web server, mine may write short-lived technical logs (time, page requested, errors) to keep the site running. They are not used to build profiles.
